Warranty Policy

 

  1. Limited 1 Year Warranty 
     

  2. CineBags offers a one year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. CineBags will repair or replace, at its discretion any products found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate utilization and are within the one (1) year Warranty covenants, which exclude normal wear. Claims should be presented at the point of initial purchase with proper documentation to validate claims thereunder. 
     

  3. The warranty applies only to CineBags products purchased from Authorized CineBags Dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.
     

  4. All products returned to CineBags for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization, which can be given  by email.  Ship products prepaid, insured, and with tracking. CineBags assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Product must be received by Warranty Department before replacement product can be issued.
     

  5. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

         Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
         Cosmetic damage.
         Normal wear and tear.
         Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
         Any type of modifications.
         Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages
     

  6. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by CineBags, Inc..
     

  7. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
     

  8. Repaired items will be subject to available parts. We will do our best to match colors and styles but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact product back.
     

  9. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an Authorized CineBags Dealer. Invoice or charge receipt must clearly identify the dealer. CineBags, Inc. may also request photos of claim.  Purchaser must request a RMA form from CineBags, Inc.  After a RMA has been issued the damaged product must be returned to CineBags Inc. 

                                                                                                                                     No Call tags will be issued.
     

  10. CineBags products are not covered by any verbal warranties. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF MANUFACTURER OR SELLER. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. 
     

  11. As a safeguard against potential abuse, CineBags reserves the right to deny anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive, unreasonable, or fraudulent return requests.

Warranty Registration

CineBags - as seen in
